InfoStor was founded in 1994 by three partners, Vince Gaeta, Elaine Wong and
Jaime Smith. Starting with no customers and no inventory, InfoStor is a true
success story, built on the hard work and ingenuity of ownership, management
and staff.

InfoStor founded on April 1 in a 7,000 square foot building on Airway Drive in Santa Rosa, California.

| 1996 - |
The company branches out beyond its initial Santa Rosa location into the Las Vegas market.

| 1997 - |
InfoStor acquires DataVault, the records storage business of Shultz
Brothers Moving in Santa Rosa.

InfoStor moves into its new, state-of-the-art 100,000 square foot record
center at 1264 Apollo Way in Santa Rosa.

| 2002 - |
InfoStor becomes the national records management provider for a major national insurance company, serving all 50 states from InfoStor's California location.

| 2003 - |
InfoStor divests Las Vegas business, a total of 280,000 containers, to
concentrate resources on the growth of its Northern California operation.

InfoStor purchases its 101,000 square
